Yes, it is possible to pick up your order by appointment. I live 20 minutes south of Drummondville, in the J0C 1B0 postal code area. Please contact me beforehand for more details. The $20 fee will be refunded when picked up.

I pack carefully, with ample protection and space to minimize any breakage. I’ve never had any ware broken in shipment.

Since I work on my production during the day and live in a rural area, please allow 3-4 weekdays for your order to be processed and shipped.

I ship by Canada Post. Shipping cost is 15$ for all packages!

I ship to the US with USPS. Current tarifs are included in the item's price. Shipping cost is US$ 15$ for small boxes and US$ 40 for larger boxes (plates or combined shipping).

I ship internationally by Canada Post. I will take extra care to pack your order. The shipping cost is CAN$ 40 for orders 1 kg. or less and CAN$ 100 for orders over 1 kg.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. It will be sent to you along with the shipping notification email.

I don't accept returns unless I shipped the wrong item. Look at the pictures, take your time.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.  Although we do our best to expedite processing and shipping, there is always a small window to  correct an incorrect shipping address. 3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Julie Lavoie Ceramiste is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

If the wrong item was sent, Julie Lavoie Ceramiste allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 5 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unused and with original packaging.

6. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When ordering from Julie Lavoie Ceramiste, customer will need to settle fees when receiving the parcels.
